I finished it. Second version is closer to game-model, but by the way it is still remake of first screenshots and wallpapers.

Hope it may be intersting for fallout-prop makers.

Sluis Van Shipyards, paper form coated with resin and uragel. Acryllic spackle, milliput and priming. Of course, there's some styrene elements — fe: new air-filter.

Gundytron, I think so ;)

lightbringer, not at all!

that looks amazing..makes me want to throw mine in the garbage

(EDIT) Ok it's decided I'm doing a rethink of mine and starting over.
Thank you so much for creating and sharing this file!

love this man..thanx for the photos..gives a good insight to how you did it.

One question. Did you coat the inside of the helmet with the Uragel?
It looks like from the pics you just resined it and fiberglassed.

burningman, not at all :)

About helmet:
1 step: resin coat inside and outside (simple compound epxy resin, not uragel);
2 step: fiberglassing the inner side (2 layers);
3 step: coated from the inside with Uragel (3-4 times);
4 step: tune form with milliput and putty.
5,6,7... sanding :)
