Sometimes I get lucky and use their pop up chat help customer service during business normally that has worked best for me. I liked them more when it was just them now they are selling items on their site for so many others. They will either have to keep start limiting how much they are willing to carry. Anything good for business can also have a bad effect for business as well. For example bad practices on answering customer questions. Another delay possibly is they have not received the Trident yet at their warehouses. It’s happened to a me a few times. I usually get emails from saying items arriving at warehouse and tracking# show up in 48 hrs or so.Mines paid off soooo just waiting on that email! Contacting their customer service has proven to be less useful than it used to be. I feel they're not as friendly anymore.
