Every part of Marty McFly's outfit from Back to The Future Part 1 (Mostly focused on the 1984 Guess denim jacket)

To be entirely frank, the existing jacket would look better even if it just had the right size snaps. The ones it has (like in the product photo) are WAY too small.

Maybe some measurements are off, yeah, but it's still decent. Specifically the top yoke parts, those look good. I will say the waistband is totally wrong lol

I'm looking at some pictures right now of MJF wearing the jacket. Something I've wondered is why are the sleeves so long. I know it's the 80s but like I think it's a bit excessive sometimes it looks in some pictures. The good thing is you can roll it up and it looks fantastic. I have some weird kinda ugly GUESS 80s jacket and you can't really do that it looks terrible.

What jackets do you have?

Yeah, the only thing for me is just the denim doesn't look that accurate to GUESS jackets.
It just isn't the right weave! Guess used a very particular dense low-stretch crossweave denim. You can actually still buy it today, but to get a "free" sample is like $30 shipping and the minimum yardage is enormous.

Oh wow lol. I just hope this one is more accurate to an actual GUESS jacket. Like I think the inside of it should look like a GUESS jacket.

Honestly this jacket would be so much better if the sleeves weren’t like that. It works well for the winter though that’s why I’m keeping it also it’s vintage so yeah haha

Never seen this. The waistband also looks like the 86 jacket.
Have you ever fully read through these threads? I reccomend reading these three for any and all info.

I think I read parts of it. Actually it was one of the first threads I saw before I joined RPF. I kind of forgot about it.

I find it strange that there aren't that many 84 jackets around, but there are a lot of 86. Makes me wonder if it was limited or something, it's kinda hard to know for sure especially cause I wasn't alive back then.
