Are you experienced / practiced with an air-brush.....?
Not at all. I used one when I was a kid making models many years ago but that’s it. Funny you ask though as I just last week bought a airbrush and compressor from a pawn shop. Got a great deal on it and the compressor works well. Just need to replace the gun. So it’s something I’m going to have to relearn. (y)

Go lightly. you can always add more...

Love this project. Base is fantastic. Museum quality display. Love the cabling and wiring in the neck.

Also, with an air brush, you can use water-reducible acrylics, meaning if you eff up, you can wipe clean and try again...
