No the lathe i used was a friends. i have a small home lathe. but i could nt do it as one piece so i used his. still needs a little work on the end. and need to start fitting it to the turret section. more soon.

Holly crap that looks great! the only other good thing to come out of Episode I aside from Maul was the Federation tanks. its to bad they were lost in Episode II

I agree, but I would add the republic cruiser also. I think it has the original trilogy feel to it.

I started fitting the barrel into the turret extension. i need to smooth out the hole for molding purposes. and finish the bottom which im working on now.

That tank is going to be HUGE just look how big the main barrell is compaired to the hull of the X-Men ship?:love

The pod car plugs look great!!!! Ya I can see Elliots former there looks to be the same one I got from him. I was thinking about drilling a few more holes and maybe a better set up to hiold the plastic in the oven.What thickness were you going to go in plastic for your pod car pulls?

I like the barrel the best, If I were buying this thing I would get a replacement
