Happy to report they were very quick with the return label and it's in the mail already. Fingers crossed for a better one.

Got mine yesterday. For the price I paid, I'm happy to have it. It's at itch I've wanted to scratch since I first saw it 50 years ago!
Mine looks same as photos here. Looks to be done with two pours. They had to push down on the bridge to help level it, I'd imagine. Then they did a second pour. You don't notice it when looking at it from above or below.

I figured its worth a shot. I was specific with details about what was wrong. I don't expect perfection from another one just let's clean it up some please. Most important no obvious nose high placement and nacelles need to be properly aligned. If they refuse to exchange I'll take the refund and just watch Ebay until there is a nice one sight seen. Buying these in the blind means rolling the dice.

Might want to offer to send them a Level before they pour the acrylic over your replacement…

Mines here, 2 days early! Looks pretty good - aligned pretty good, very distinct layer in the acrylic- one itsy bitsy speck in the acrylic over the saucer, I can probably live with it….

Supposed to get mine tomorrow, I hope its not a reject. I'd much rather have one that's not encased, but this is as close as I've ever come to getting one.

Some slight tilt seems normal, so don't overreact. But yes, some of these pics are in the unacceptable range.

I just received mine and as far as I can tell it looks great. It does appear to have a very slight tilt but other than that I don't see anything wrong. The ship itself is fine. I have one of Gary's from his run at the TPZ and FE's seems to be a bit bigger but I don't know if it just looks bigger because of the acrylic or not. Either way I'm very satisfied with it.

Here’s mine. Tilted up a little, not perfectly centered from the top down, and the 2nd pour line is visible. Other than that, I’m happy with mine.
