I don't have any issue with the updates. There's little point posting updates unless there's actually something to update.

How about when there is something to report and we have to learn it second hand from a member that knows someone at eFX.
I'm not bashing them, in fact, I think they are doing a great job and I'm looking forward to future products. This particular item just happens to be a sore spot for a lot of us.

We have been sending updates to customers who have placed an order with us directly (we sent one last week). Unfortunately, we do not have the contact information for our customers who placed an order with one of our Authorized Retailers.
However, if you check out our website, we will always post the latest update we have in regards to the shipping. Sometimes it is not updated very often, simply because we do not have any updated information to share from our manufacturing partner. It is always the first paragraph in the product description.

I know the Feb 21st date has been posted before but i got this email back from EFX. It is a little bit more clear on where we stand. The boat is to arrive on the 21st. Then we are at customs mercy. Anyone know if customs is pretty quick at releasing items? Thanks for the reply Bryan!!

There is no set time limit that the customs can take to clear a shipment. We have cleared shipments in 2-3 days and then there were other times when it took up to 2 weeks! And, we are not allowed to call to find out the status. All you can do is have our forwarder and customs broker check the shipment on the computer to check the status.
Sometimes it takes time to clear licensed items. One issue that may be a concern is that this is the first Star Trek item that we are importing, so that may raise a red flag. Our Star Wars items are now coming through pretty quickly.

We said that the edition size would be no greater than 1000 pieces. But the final edition size would be determined by the pre-order
There are a number of our authorized retailers who have them available since they took some to stock. You can go to our website and then go "Where to Buy" to see our list of authorized retailers

I was going to try and get my hands on one in March... since EE is still showing them for sale. There's no way I'll get my hands on one with a run this small
I'm sure EE got a few of them. Just order that tric as soon as ya can!
