Echo station three-t-eight. We've spotted imperial walkers.

Lol, you will start to enjoy it after this build. :p

Use dymo tape as a guide (tho old thick kind) and a good scribing tool. I often use a sharp screwdriver that sits nice in the hand, so you get control and comfort. The lines look pretty deep.

HOLY CRAP!!!! This is the first time I'm seeing this IMPS thing!!! And I thought I was a fan!!!!

Haven't gotten myself a dymo cartridge yet... it'll have to wait. I'm detailing the hull. And finishing up the under carriage.

Again... HOLY CRAP!!!!

Thanks Naz!!!!! Did that dymo trick of yours! :) Worked great! I Still hate scribing though.

ATAT DRIVER: Uhhhh sir, why can I see through the mesh?
Piett: ?!?! You're supposed to see through the mesh you idiot, it's not supposed to be decorative you know. Not at this scale at least.

Nice! Its hard to decide how deep the lines would be in that huge scale. Very good lines!
I cant believe how fast you are, and still getting everything so neat and correct! I feel like youre building a whole AT-AT, and Ive barely build half a AT-ST head...

Will your feet allow the top round foot part to move up and down when the foot raises?

Can you tell me how you did the legs? What material and such?

And LOL at the little doods!

Aw dang... I didn't take into account how deep the lines are supposed to be... I just scribed them enough to be visible...with a wash. The foot pad is mostly bondo... made two circles and filled up the surface with bondo. I'll have to cast the pads to cut out the center part. Not sure how i'll do the center part. Will figure that out when I cast the pads. I made the legs with some type of board, don't know what it's called technically... kinda like styrene but easier to cut. Made a pattern and cast all four legs in resin. It's easier to cast than to make 4 legs... that'll get boring real quick. hahaha
This will probably be a static model, i'm not too concerned with making an armature just yet. So while the foot pads will have 2 big cylinders, i'll just fix them in place once I get a good pose going. Buuuuut, that'll have to wait. I'm still doing the undercarriage.

BF: Thanks! But make no mistake...I'M STILL THE COOLEST!!!
Why am I out of focus?!... idiot scratch builder...

Hi there,

Impressive AT-AT built . . . and I love the excellent use of those vintage action figures in your pictures :love

Ey thanks man. :) I just wish I had the foresight to scale the ATAT with the figures... would be a bit bigger but definitely cooler! :)

Hmmmmm... next project then.
