Early Millennium Falcon Pics

I've decided to make the engines out of a couple of extra sheets of mirror acrylic I had left over. I'm adding clear detail inside to make the engines light up blue from the LEDs. Hopefully it would resemble "heated thrusters".

This is just a trial lighting untill I can get the transparent detail finished.

Anywho..I finished her landing gears and installed the loading ramp. Worked on the cockpit cone. Started to add lower hull kits.

That Falcon is seriously amazing. The fact that there's bit of F1 model kits in there too makes me a happy lad! Used to make them in my youth :p

Can't wait to see further progress on this.

For the tank hull, id be maybe looking at the ROCO line?

OK maybe not a tank hull lol, isnt that a 1/12 F1 DFV ignition part glued on the top?
Meaning what looks, like a tank hull, is actually very small?

Those tow hooks look exactly like the parts used on the TIE-Fighter, at the intersection of the arm and ball. If so, they're from the 1/48 Bandai King Tiger:

OK, the small round part, on top of that plate (that looks like a tank hull lol) is F 10, from the Tamiya 1/12 Matra, there are F's 11 and 12 too, but all seem the same part.

Ill try scale it to a 1/35 and 1/48 shackle Kevin, see what is closer, but the Tiger ones DO look good!
