Tried several glues to bond the etchings to the helmet shell's paint. PETG is very fussy as to what glue it likes. Turned our Gorilla spray adhesive worked best.

Well, It has been a good bit since I have posted an update. Life, House, Kids (whom I have been helping and teaching them the costume arts instead of my own projects, not complaining as I have been waiting for years for them to get the itch) have been keeping me busy. 80 days left to pull this off for Dragoncon. My 3D printer stopped cooperating with me for the past few months so I have been taking alternate routes. And for the eagle eyed out there, yes I am repurposing some costume parts from other franchises. Any guesses as to the backpack?
