Not my usual type of costume consisting of armor, helmets, or masks, but thought this would be a fun place to share.
Not a crazy build, as I really didn’t do anything other than bloody it up and some makeup. However, my wife spent HOURS doing my cape very last minute over the past two days making sure it was perfect for me.
The inspiration came from this concept piece from Halloween Horror Nights (one of my all time favorite things, and the best Halloween event of all time). I always thought I would make a decent Dracula, so early last week, my wife and I had this as a starting point.
I already had the medallion from TOTS and the ring. The tailcoat was actually one I got from the historical emporium for my high school prom, back in 2011 (that SOMEHOW still fits).
From there, I bought a vest, bow tie, shirt, and used perma blood and citadel Blood for the Blood God, to really gross it up. I bought some cheap fingernails from the store that I sanded to be sharp and my wife absolutely killed the cape for me. Teeth were Dental Distortions Blood Lust.
I might add to it some more later, but I was pretty shocked at how good it looked for the party. So shocked, I think I’m going to be bringing him to some future cons and maybe making some improvements along the way!
