Dosimeter / Geiger Counter from Metro Exodus

I just finished my own version of the device used in Metro Exodus. There are some things I wish I could improve upon but honestly this project took too long to complete already.

Not bad. I like the taped on battery.

FYI, you can get the actual SBM-20 Geiger tube used in the game prop cheap on eBay.

So the thing thats poking out in the game model is the SBM 20? Glad to know! I thought it was a battery of some sort. I might buy the tube if I decide to make a revision to the project.

I'm seeing a lot of print lines in your 3D printed components; such a neat project it would really shine if you took the time to do some post-printing finishing like using filler primer and some sand paper.

Like I said, this project took way too long and I just wanted to be done with it for the time being. I'll fix some issues once I get more free time.

Going necro on this thread to say that I made a much better version of this dosimeter. Since I dont have anything radioactive, I made it detect wifi signal strength. Took a bit over a year to improve my crafting skills :).
Will make a guide as soon as I get some free time.
