Hello, meet Frank #6! Quality is amazing. Was VERY well packaged. Came with a nice signed letter from Art. The signatures on the plaque, and the plaque itself look amazing. I'm SO excited to have this in my home. I don't have a lot of movie memorabilia, but this is definitely THE piece I'ver been seeking out for over a decade. I remember trying to make my own the year the movie came out, and failing HORRIBLY, lol. Then the cheap costume came out which was exciting, because even though it was far from accurate, it was the only thing available. But this is truly fantastic.

Dimensions are roughly 15" x15" and 33" tall. Need to find a display case for this so my cat doesnt eat Frank. If cat eats Frank, I complete the circle of life by eating the cat.

Art, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

PS: I didnt feel the need for any studio quality pics (thats what I do for a living) because there's already some great shots from Tom Spina. So this iPhone pic will have to do.

Acrylic display Case & Frames | Display Racks | Cases for collectibles

they have a 15x15x35" acrylic case with a mirror back and black acrylic base fore $198! shipping to TX was $60 so about $260 shipped. sounds like the perfect case but a little on the pricey side. i might go to ikea tonight and see if they have anything.

another option... I was thinking of buying a detolf cabinet from ikea and taking the glass to somewhere that cuts class. the base is the perfect size so I could just have someone cut the glass down to about 35" and then I could just either cut, or ditch the metal rail that goes inside. not as fancy as a custom case, but only $65

No need for any heavy mods. You can simply slip out one glass shelf from the Deltof and Frank should fit! If not, you can bore out the hole in the styrofoam head just a bit and then it will fit for sure. Super easy and no need for any outside help on customization!

Very glad to hear he is safe and you like it... but bring on the studio shots! Nothing better than some well lit professional photos!

Dude! Where's all my other fellow DD fans that received their masks? Anyone else get theirs yet? I might take mine upstairs to the studio for some shots in a sec...

Thanks again for doing this thread Art.

I know damn well I will never own anything screen used. But this will be as close as I will ever get to this and I am glad I won't let this one pass me by.

This movie is crazy special to me, I am hoping Richard Kelly might come to Dallas Comic Con or something.

I think the only thing I would die to own is something from Baseketball or I think one of my grails would be a screen used Orgazmo outfit... any lines on those? :lol:lol:lol... but seriously

That is what I am talking about there!!!

So far, most of the Franks that were sold went to fans on Facebook, so more of them are being shown off there.

Oh man... I would LOVE to get his signature on one of these!!!!

Just because this is special to me, if he has something coming up I would just find out his signature fee $$-$$$. Then I would just ask everyone to pay for their own autograph and enough time to possibly send me their plates.

Or I can just try to make some at Phil's that people can display next to their other plates and just hope he'll sign them all.

If Richard Kelly comes near them would anyone else make the same offer?

I would still make the plates at RebelScum's if he'd let me.

Im a little late on this but Congratulations on your purchase and AWSOME work on the castings.
I am so glad that you got this mold instead of someone who would misuse it for profit and ruin the mold.
Much respect to you for your work on this project.
I really enjoyed reading your progress, thanks for sharing.

Oh yea and thanks...now I have that song stuck in my head. :lol

Its a mad world......

Philip made the plates for these and I could work on modifying the current file to add Richard in. Man... that would be sooo cool!

Thanks! It has been a lot of fun collaborating with so many talented people to make this happen.

The mold is now officially retired and being cleaned up from our castings... it is just going to sit on a shelf and collect dust. A little sad to see it just sit there, but I am very glad we had the chance to make a few collectors very happy!!
