nice work, how do u get clean corner joins with foam?
I like papercraft but foam building seems much quicker and more comfortable

So your workflow is acrilic emulsion + acrilic primer + acrilic paint? with NO pva.......

acrylic emulsion (4 layers) then primer (any primer would do) then your desired spray paints

I think I will try with an elastic polymer (commercial name: poligomma), compatible with acrylic primer and paints. It's kinda cheap if compared to all the other solutions I've found in my country...I hope it will work

been working with making my helmet motorized. . .and i think it came pretty well so far. . .i'll just need to sand and paint my helmet

im using sharkmarks helmet as of now, run out of foam lol

It took me 15 minutes to make the shins after having seen your patterns they fit like a glove now
