No it's a 4 piece helmet. And nope no electronics. I don't think anyone is even making anything yet.

People, I have to say something!
I just received my Iron Man Mark 8 helmet from Curtis and MAN, this is the best quality helmet I've ever seen!! I trimmed it yesterday and everything fits so unbelievably perfect like it was industrial made. The material is so steady and strong and the helmet is double supported on every critical part!
Guys, this is one of the best quality you can get on our little planet! And not just the product - Every question I had was answered very patiently and almost directly. So you will be well supported during your product-creation time.
For me, I came to the conclusion that Curtis and his Brother are the first choice when I will buy things in future.
Go and get one as long as the run is open. You can buy them blind and you will never ever regret it!!

Both of these designs are unreal. I'm most excited for the Iron Patriot, I hope these are in full swing soon as I'd love to have mine finished before the movie release! Having previously purchased work from Curtis, I know these will be no less than stellar.

These are for raw cast helmets, very little clean up and then just paint, everyone who bought a helmet from me already knows its not much work to get to the painting stage
And another note, the price has dropped on this helmet: $235 same price as the Mark VIII as it's not going to be as difficult as I thought so passing the savings on

Glad to be on the list for the iron Patriot!I too have a War Machine helmet from them and its just killer,very detailed,very clean work.I highly recommend.Can't wait to get a finished one,next will be the Mark VIII!Beautiful work!

I don't think so! I also thought it is too large but (I can only talk for the mk8) I have a 22,5" head and I really needed to trim the ears from inside to fit in there.
It's pretty clever. The ears are filled from the inside so you can fit it exactly to your head shape...
I'm 192cm tall and slim and I would say the helmet is spot on accurate proportion. It shouldn't be smaller
