Third project on the Clan Series if the Ki-Adi-Mundi hilt. For more information on the development of this hilt please check this thread: Ki-Adi-Mundi
Ever since I started with the clan series I had to patiently wait for this one, mostly because I love the emitter. I was reading a bit of the lore around this hilt and it's influenced by the Cerean Culture so eventually It will have a name that reflects this. In the mean time here are some pics and renders of the model I made.

The exploded view shows the main 4 sections (Emitter, Grip, switch section & Pommel) which are compatible with the prior Clan Saber Series (1 &2) should you want to swap parts to create custom hilts like this:
The key features besides the compatibility of sections are the following:
1. Aluminum and Brass parts. Overall length 263mm
2. 2 button setup. The buttons are the beveled LED and the brass button.
3. All knobs and beveled LEDs have the same threading meaning you can swap them if you want.
4. Can fit a 28mm speaker
5. Basic chassis design available for download
6. 2Switch + 2pixel PCB available for purchase (for ease of install). This is the same or similar than the one available for the Fisto hilts
7. 10 pixel PCB will be available for purchase for the LED bar graph (Identical to the 5layer 0f c1ones & Shaak ti)
8. Box is included. Artwork by Christian Cruz as always.
9. Installation options will be added later. As per my previous projects this will be done by Giovanny from Aldani Customs
10. Weathering option will be available
At the moment I have quoted 50 units in total; this can change based on the demand. However 50 minimum will be made to keep the cost low. There will be 2 options, the canon version which has media blasted and polished sections & a fully polished one for DIY weathering or custom finishing.
Cost: $285
Schedule
We will begin today with the interest list, then Pre-Orders will start middle of next week and will be open until production is complete. Metal prototypes will be available around the first week of September. Production launches in September and will be done in October.
