The Mark VIII helmet is a bit smaller, I filled your helmet cause you said your head was 22.5" but the Iron Patriot helmet will fit a bit bigger...24" head. The Mark VII will fit a 23-23.5" head when not full of ceramic ...and trimmed a bit

I don't think so! I also thought it is too large but (I can only talk for the mk8) I have a 22,5" head and I really needed to trim the ears from inside to fit in there.
It's pretty clever. The ears are filled from the inside so you can fit it exactly to your head shape...
I'm 192cm tall and slim and I would say the helmet is spot on accurate proportion. It shouldn't be smaller

Both of these designs are unreal. I'm most excited for the Iron Patriot, I hope these are in full swing soon as I'd love to have mine finished before the movie release! Having previously purchased work from Curtis, I know these will be no less than stellar.

Alright, made up my mind, you can count me in for real, not just interested. PM me if you need the deposit at the same time as the rest of my mk 47. Paypal is getting on my nerves, but I should be able to use it tomorrow or thursday at the latest. Hopefully I can still get in the current run !
