One question: How do you measure head size? Is it with a tape measure right around the brow-line? Not sure if my fat head will fit in a 24" helmet and just want to be sure I'm using the same measurements you are. Thanks!

Sent you a PM, and yep that's pretty much how I do it just above the brows, where the bottom part of a hat would sit.

Made it in 3D the printed it, worked on it and molded it up. Search the site for files?

Ok so I did a casting today and cleaned it up a bit and stuck it together for some pics

You can see the chin section has the mouth detail and I have also included 2 "cheek" pieces with a mesh on them, if people want to swap it in. I like it better without though
