I am using 4mm thick foamies aka close cell foam I found a dealer on ebay that sells it in 4mm. I have not found a store or any other place that sells 4mm it's usually 6mm or 2mm or in 1/4 inch thickness. If you want I will PM you the link. Shoot me a PM if so.

Got some more done on the Foam Armor. Not really worrying about neatness or anything on it as why I went for the battle scuffing look. This foam buckles too much during cutting.

Just doing this thing for fun as it's for halloween and it's going to get ruined that night for sure.
As long as it looks decent and looks what it's supposed to look like.

Thanks for reminding me Magna. I'll film it tomorrow night. Look for it later in the week.

It will involve modifying the pep file for personal use and applying that to the foam once printed.

Thanks guys. I'm glad you're enjoying the foam armor.
I hope to finish it soon so that I can store it safely away until halloween.
Otherwise I'll wear it all the time for no reason and probably screw around in it too much and ruin it.

Foam parts are addictive Huh? I'm not surprised, It's Lookin' Good! as usual. I'm glad we have such a great instinct for this stuff that comes with trial and error. Also being fans of each others builds. Great Job on the IM Mk 4 foamie homie. Keep Building!....
