I'm looking into having a piece of 1/8" aluminum or steel cut for the stock "pad" of my Endor blaster. Does anyone on here do that or know a good (ie. cheap) place in the U.S. that can do it?

If its 1/8 then maybe it would be cheaper to use a rotory tool or a saw.
Yeah that's what I'm assuming, I just wanted to see if anyone here had the equipment to do it.
Watercut can do it for you. There's a few places here in Phoenix AZ that do it - make your file in AI format and e-mail it for a quote. I use MARZEE, ask for James or Lisa:

Really? I live here in Peoria and know we have a lot of fab shops around so i'll have to look them up.
I can recommend Marzee. I got a good price from them , but I was making 100 parts. A one-off may be expensive.
Marzee's pricing for me has been the same per piece price for one or 50 parts - it's an easy set-up, so it's very reasonable price-wise...
I think first I'm going to try doing it with a cutoff wheel and grinder. I assumed the butt cap was the same size as the one off the Jackal rifle.

My BIL has a plasma table I've had him cut some batarangs out of 1/8 " stock scrap he had, do you have a drawing? I can see what can be done. If your interested..
