Started off with a cheep dollar store mask and filled it with clay so it would be sturdy
then I sculpted on the mask features

I used an oil based clay for the skulpt
I then made a plaster mold of that sculpt

Armor is made of 1/2 " EVA foam and details are made from 1/8 " craft EVA foam
Fingers are made from half cut PVC glued on to a rubber palmed work glove

mask casting and painting - 4 hrs
armor fabrication - 2 days
tunic fabrication - 1 day
tunic dyeing - 2hrs
armor painting - 4 hrs

Nice work and all in all a pretty swift build. Did you make the arms and legs as tubes or did you strap / elasticate them? Also did you use the previously posted shoulder strapping method?

The both upper and lower arms are tubes and the legs are plates with straps in the back and I tie the ankle portion with the laces of the boots I have on. Yes I used that shoulder strap methods also the gold bits are attached to the shoulders
 
Awesome, I ask because at 6am on the day of the con (yesterday) I had total brain freeze and couldn't for the life of me work out how to do my shoulders. I also completely messed up the strapping and had bits popping off all over on the day that needed safety pinning.

Lots of work to do :)
