It's funny how this has come full circle. The DEC kit came from the lack of a really accurate ANH DL-44, MR and others have gotten close but they still remained inaccurate. Now, there's interest in a kit to replicate a representation of the ANH DL-44 cobbled together with inaccurate parts from MR, which in turn, will make it accurate.

The circle is complete.

are you considering doing a plate to cover the rear portion of the left side where the selector switch has been removed? looks like they've done a conversion here to get it to look closer to the original

I know it can be done with a sheet of plastic but metal would be cool

I think the TFA parts were machined based on the MR parts rather than actually being MR parts.

I am thinking it will be just like the ANH kit, cast mount and grill, and machined aluminum parts,
it should be the same price because all of the parts are the same except for the mount and flash hider.
The flash hider holes can be rotated to match, and I will have another mold made for the mounts.
The plate can be made once we confirm what model airsoft.
