Hi folks;
As many of you know, because of our pesky and antiquated laws in Canada, it's illegal to purchase or import any replica of a Mauser C96 (either Denix or MGC). This makes building a DL44 rather difficult. So.. I decided to model one in Rhino and 3D print it.
I've completed the model but I want to make sure that it's to the correct scale. Is there anyone who could tell me what the width of the lower receiver is at the top of the lip that the upper receiver slides onto from either the Denix, an MGC, or even an actual C96.
I've added a screenshot from rhino to show exactly where I mean.
thanks in advance;
Lorcoft.
