I've found pretty much all of the information to make this jersey, except for a screenprinter that will make this with a minimum order of 1 (12 is the minimum at a local shop) and the size of the text.
The jersey used is a scarlet/black/white 'Mens "Edge Series" Deluxe Cap Sleeve Basketball Jersey' by Teamwork. It is made of a special polyester 'dazzle' fabric that recommends heat transfers.

The front logo 'WILDCATS' is in an arch, with a font similar to 'plain block'. The color is white with a red/white border. The front number '14' is white with a red/white border.
The front also has a small diamond-cut insert (embroidered?), black and white, of the wildcat mascot:
The back has the name 'BOLTON' in 'plain block' font, all white. The number '14' is larger than the front, colored white with a red/white border.
Can anyone take on this project?
