Just FYI. This was posted yesterday from Disney land from a smuggler on A Fb page I follow. So they still seem to be in stock on the west coast.
If I was smuggling for the online market via in store purchases, I would need to put the stuff in the fake floorboards of my car and then get a really nice stuffed 6 foot 6 chewie for passenger for running the carpool lanes at light speed on the way out of Anaheim. If this happens, I will post full video, I promise.
Just got mine, man this thing is super impressive and heavy. Chrome on mine looks flawless, and it works as expected. Really something I never thought I'd have.
Regarding power, you could always get a very slim power bank and just sit it on top of that, but yeah theres gotta be a way to route a USB-C to a lithium Ion battery and stick it in the base somehow.
I kind of want to out this thing in a case to keep it from getting dusty and dulling the chrome finish somehow. I dont have detolf shelfs. I think this one would work.

Yeah, I was thinking the same thing with a power bank. Good call on a cover or something for it. I see there’s scratches my broke one just trying to get the adhesive spot off.
Disney did offer me a 20% refund though. I feel like that’s low…But the girl told me to keep an eye out for a restock. She couldn’t guarantee it would happen, but since there’s a 30 day return policy, I should just wait for them to process the refund in case it comes back in, so then I can exchange it.

I guess one little thing I wish they had dine better was lining up the mouth slots from the faceplace tot he face underneath. The inside mouth is a little higher, which makes it look like he has teeth with the faceplate on. They managed to line these up well on the 18" Electronic figure with removable faceplate, so I wish they had here. Even if it meant the inside face looked a little off.
Another note if yours doesn’t seem to work, make sure the purple wire is inserted all the way, if that’s loose or out, it won’t turn on.

Got mine and I love it. Shiney gold and doesnt pick up finger prints. Battery pack is a must. What is the voltage? Can anyone suggest a rated Battery with a USB jack?

USB ports are usually capped at 5V, even if the battery pack can output more than that through the DC port.
I use the Talentcell 3000mah pack on Amazon for some helmet fans and lights. It works great and has a long battery life.
Well, I wouldn’t say it doesn’t pick up fingerprints as it certainly picked up mine. But with a soft cotton cloth they are easily whisked away.
Frank, I love you buddy, but unless you have an inside track ( and you may) here’s my take.
In MY experience, the first round is on the website. Once those are sold out, they “may” not be offered again on the website. The rest are sold at the parks (until they sell out) or maybe at the Disney stores reduced (look for that). Once sold out at the parks they are gone. Then offered never again.
Now, keep in mind this is just me wildly speculating, but I’d like to think these won’t hang around for long.

All I was simply saying was that after someone last week posted that the last of the heads were sold out on WDW property, there appears to be more.
I did cave. I could not resist the $95 price tag after passholder discount. And my finish looks flawless.

Their Indiana Jones bag sold out online and never came back. Don’t know if they’re at the parks for sale or not.
