Tatooine Traders at Star Tours/Disney Hollywood Studios: My brother just grabbed for me the last C3PO head on property at WDW today. Clerk said they had 60 yesterday and were down to 1 today. Sold out at EPCOT Mission: Space.

Well, I passed and am not regretting it. My office is bursting at the seams already. If another opportunity opens up, I may get one, but either way, I’m cool with it. I just need me a WC TOS Tricorder. The spot is ready and waiting for it.

My only complaint is the other one has a small imperfection on the nose, and a quarter sized adhesive spot on the temple. It also doesn’t work. I’ll talk to Disney Store and see if they’ll at least give me a partial refund.

In one of the unboxing videos posted above, the woman got one with imperfections in the plating. She went to take it back. The CM let her open some of the others on the shelf to find one that was okay and she couldn’t so she just kept what she had. So it seems to be a common issue.

When you say it doesn’t work, did you leave it plugged in? I dont think it has an internal battery.

That’s correct. One unit works perfectly fine, and my other one won’t turn on, generally.

That one gets to be Alexa. Samuel L is an available voice but Daniels is not. Thinking we need to start a campaign to get daniels to complete his skills page on Amazon.

Unfortunately, I just found about the C3PO head
and the head is sold out and it had to be a limited piece.
I just hope it wasn't limited and there is a restock

Samuel L is no longer on Alexa. I had his voice (on PG mode) and one day he was gone.

I miss it as well. I kept it on PG mode & loved asking him the weather.

I put it in full BMF mode & told my adult son to ask him the weather. Sam told him to clean his F'n windows, look outside, & to stop asking him dumb MF'n questions. Never answered the question. LOL
