Disney Star Wars Parks and/or Website Products

I'm at the Star Wars Trading Post in downtown Disney, Anaheim. They said the mouse droids sold out on Sunday! They don't know when they're getting any more in.

There are four C-3PO heads left and many yellow clones.

That would be nice, I was hoping it wasn’t on a continuous loop
I’m guessing the noises like the other Disney droids is controlled using a button on the remote.
I got one from Hollywood Studios on May 4. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell on mine, there is no way to mute it. There is a button on the remote to make it talk, but it also makes noise whenever you adjust the wheels, or accelerate forwards or backwards. So every little adjustment when driving makes him make noises LOL.

Will definitely post pictures when I get home! Let me know if there is anything else anyone wants to see or wants answered!

This makes much more sense to me, and exactly what I was seeing in the unboxing video.. seemed like when he was doing a 3/4 the mouse didn’t know what to say lol

If my guess is right it should be possible to selectively mute the sounds though. Didn't buy one myself though since no space for that one so not possible for me to check that. MAybe someone here could post pics when stripping down one of those

Honestly it's not bad if you can take him outside and you can just drive him in a straight line or wider turns. But if you're driving him inside and you're constantly going around corners or have to adjust the controller so you don't run into walls, yeah it's a very talkative mouse haha!

I'm not sure. I ran through the instruction manual specifically to see if he could be muted and didn't find anything. Maybe internally it's possible but it doesn't bother me enough to open him up and risk damaging anything. :)

someone else here talked of glueing over the speaker, thats why i assumed someone on the forum might dig deeper inside.

Most of my sabers come with linkable bluetooth software apps that allow for sound mods. Can this be that different coming from the same source? Or maybe it isn't the same source.

Yeah, the red lights can be changed. There are different modes with solid red, flashing red, and then off. Might be one more red flashing mode. Can’t remember if it was just one or two.
That’s good at least, flashy lights and I don’t play well together…

Looks like The Ren is now available as a standard hilt:

Some of the lightsabers are 30% off today. Last time they did this, I grabbed my Kanan.

I picked up an extra light saber blade. It’s the only thing I bought so I did not qualify for free shipping, but with the discount and shipping it was still a few dollars cheaper than the standard price alone.

I realize that I now have three Disney lightssabers, but only one blade. May as well have two for the three of them.
