surprisingly this is one case where the suit is actually nice! and the ad picture is exactly what the final product looks like. I went and bought one to add to the other two Spidey movie suits I have and I was impressed. it even has a face shell, and 3d raised webs! the only things it needs are web shooters, the proper Asics sneaker soles, and new lenses. Can't see a freakin thing except shadows and blurs. like the Darth Vader lenses. anyway here's some pics

first a link to the suit

I'm going to be completely honest... I don't like it. :/ In my opinion, it's not worth the price by FAR. I'd say that's more of a 60$ costume. Meh, as long as you're happy with it. ^^'

Material's not accurate, but the texture looks alright. The lenses look really good and have that similar feel.. It's not horrible! I'm impressed on the details..
Add the asics and shooters!! :thumbsup

for what it is, I am liking it. the dye sub Raimi suits are far better. and I'm also thinking about a utility belt, like in the game to break up the openness in the front

I think with some puff painting this would look pretty good tbh for what it is

I always wondered what that looked/felt like when I first saw it pop up in the site. Thanks for sharing! You should take a pic wearing the whole thing so we can see what it looks like as a whole! Don't be shy :)

Wow that's pretty awesome. It's a lot better than most of the stuff they make. I know it's not lycra, but still it has me tempted to get one of these as a backup costume and still have the Dye Sub suit made as my primary costume at a convention.

Wow, doesn't look as bad as I thought, actually kind of nice for what it is. A whole body shot would be well appreciated :D. My only real problem with these is that they only come in larger sizes. Nothing that would actually fit Andrew Garfield :p.

Can you tell me if the blue & red sections are separate & sewn together, or are the blue sections printed over the same red fabric?

Thanks!
Zoid

hows the sizing/fit of it? i.e. what syour stats and does it fit well? if possible some more pics of you in it to see how form fitting it is, would be appreciated. From the pics i couldn't really tell what the material/fabric would be like/how stretchy etc, it looked kind of stiff.

Really want to see more photos! :D
Also one question: Is the face shell pretty sturdy or does it feel a bit thin?
Looks pretty cool in real life which is something incredible. Too bad it would never fit me skin tight due to the sizes it comes in :darnkids Oh well.

ok, first thing to answer is that the reds and the blues are all separate pieces sewn together. second thing, the shell is ok. it's a bit thin, and not ventilated well enough, but it's ok. it feels similar to a styrene shell I have for my dye sub suit. as for wearing, fit and size, if you guys want to see a fat guy in tights, it's do so at your own risk. for reference I am 6 ft 225 lbs, and some of it fits a little loose, and some fits a little tight. it's not uncomfortable though

on to the pics

Looks great man! I saw this suit on a site once and wondered what it was really like, thanks for posting the pics. And BTW, your pulling it off dude so lay off the fat comments lol :)

ah it'd be to wide on me, im tall (6ft 3) but judging by the fit id be wearing a tent and the smaller size in it wouldnt fit my height. still decent looking suit for what it is

To me this suit would look even more amazing when modified.

Thanks for the pictures I always wondered what the product was like. :thumbsup
