Yes, I am a staunch Michael Jackson fan and I realize many are not for their own reasons. Hey, we can both live in the same world .
However, regardless if you like him or not, don't you think re-creating ANYBODY'S autopsy is in incredibly bad taste?! And for the Discovery Channel to do it is simply mind-boggling! Jackson estate demands cancellation of autopsy show - MSN TV News

This is the same channel that delights in showing JFK's autopsy photos. That was an interesting conversation I had with my three year old when he asked what happened to the man's head. Thanks, Discovery Channel.

We living in an incredibly tacky age. There used to be a courtesy of not showing tacky **** before 9pm, and that is blurred by advertising viagra and other crap. I also think TMZ (paparazzi) shows should be banned too. Let's not celebrate professional stalking. :thumbsdown

I used to love the Discovery and history channels. But this kinda crap and the fact that some days History has ALL DAY MARATHONS of the gangland GARBAGE... promoting and giving an audience to complete trash? These kids that commit gang violence only do it for their 5 seconds of "fame" and History is setting it in stone for them with that series. Which means... MORE KIDS WILL THINK THEY CAN GET "FAME" FROM HURTING OTHERS. :sick

Nothing really surprises me anymore. It is in bad taste that is for sure. To be honest I'm surprised his family didn't sell them the idea in the first place to make a buck. I agree, you see stuff before 9pm that's a bit much. You see condom and er..."personal massager" commercials on at 9am now. look at mtv with that show about knocked up teens that showed the main star attacking her bf/baby's father all the time.

Didn't the kid (now adult) who charged MJ with assault admit it was not true because his father (who orchestrated the allegations) recently passed away and he felt safe in admitting the truth? Personally I think MJ had issues but wasn't the monster people think he was.

Since he died i'd heard there were people interested in a replica of him for that million dollar lieing on the slab photo, can't believe someone actually did it, i know times are hard, but really?.
Oh and for the pondlife that think its somehow funny, imagine lennon or one of your musical favourites on the slab for the peoples amusement, not so funny now huh?.

It's not him you know it's just a re-enactment, it doesn't even say that is all the show contains it could for all we know just be a small scene in a show about Jackson and his death.
