If he didn't answer at this point I doubt he will. Either that or he's coming up with an excuse and then will answer you.

If they had been forthcoming about it and offered some kind of compensation that would have been fine. But when the prototype looks better than they production model. It's BS. The fact that they are not answering emails tell me that this is most likely what we are getting. I guess it could be fraudulent but I doubt anyone calls them out on it. If these pics end up being the true representation. I'm returning mine. I guess I could sell them for a profit but that would not send any kind of message to Tomy...

Sell them for a profit if you don't like the model. You might as well make a few bucks. You don't need to send a message to Tomy by returning them. Just don't purchase any future models. That will send a pretty big message.
No response to my request. And my post on the Delorean kickstarter is still there.
It might be telling that they paused the facebook group they had for the Delorean backers, directing people to the kickstarter page instead. I think they were getting a lot more input and feedback than they really wanted.

This is true. But the problem is they made these changes at the very last minute. They never had any intention of doing what they promised. What if they decide to leave out the saucer section??? Would that have been ok as well??

That's my plan. I purchased two. If the model turns out pretty good, I'll keep one and sell the other. If it's bad, I'll just sell both. I will be keeping both sealed until I can confirm how it turns out. I'm sure there will be plenty of pics posted here.

I wasn’t justifying anything. Just pointing out the terms state they can change anything, anytime, without notice. It was in response to those saying this is fraud, which it isn’t because they covered themselves.
Yeah that is why I guess someone could but no one would. I should have seen a red flag when I watched the first video with those two chuckleheads. But I thought....Oh its Tomy...they do good quality stuff... ...my bad....never did a Kickstarter before. First and last time. I heard mostly horror stories from these kinds of sale and should have stayed away. From now on only items that are already finished and ready for sale with pictures of the product. No more Kickstarter BS ...lesson learned....
Its just such a PITA reselling stuff nowadays. I'm sure we could all resell them for a bit more. But it's gonna be a hard sell if those pictures turn out being true. I'm hoping they were just bad angles. The color looked way off as well and the ship looked like it was leaning forward ..That's my plan. I purchased two. Yeah, I thought so too. If it comes out looking like those pics I definitely won't want it for my collection. Let's hope that it was just poor color balance from the person who took them. They didn't seem to put any effort in showing the model in a good light in this latest update.
