Yes I did, and I did include all that (ID#s and dates with current account screenshot) in my message to support. Only one of them actually still appears in my account, which is probably the one that got charged.Did you get a "Hooray! Your Prestige Select Campaign Pledge Was Confirmed" email for each of your pledges? I ask because at the bottom of each should be a "Contribution Transaction ID". If you did get one for each of your pledges, then you should be able to identify for TOMY the particular IDs for your orders. And, when compared to your account, you can identify which of your orders doesn't seem to have been processed by your cc company yet. That might help clear up the issue for them.
Well, with the IDs as proof that you actually placed two orders, you ultimately should have no issues.Yes I did, and I did include all that (ID#s and dates with current account screenshot) in my message to support. That's what I did, and everything seems to have worked out. It shows two separate orders on their web site. I used a different credit card for each order though.Yeah, it seems like it would've been more practical to have the option to simply "upgrade" a 1x pledge to a 2x pledge rather than ordering two separate 1x pledges. I'm sure they'll get it squared away for everybody.
Are you emailing or phone with them? You’ve gotten better traction then I.customer service got back to me today about my two orders and one of them seemingly disappearing from my account listings.
despite telling me previously that both separate orders remained valid in their system, today they simply responded "Hello, Order XXX has been cancelled."
that's it. lol
welp... now i consider whether to keep going in circles with them for two, or give my credit card a break and stick to one.
they clearly have not had their coffee yet
I can go either way but tomy probably wouldnt be thrilled about losing pledges for no real reason
I'll think it over for a couple hours

Not that I'm aware of. All payment options had to be filled out at the time of ordering so that when the funding ended cards were charged ! I had to pre fill out card info when reserving mine !Because of the spectacularly craptastic ad campaign for this model, I had very little notice and running into problems budgeting it all in one lump sum. Unfortunately I don't have enough credit with Klarna right now, and Sezzle doesn't work at all. Does anyone know of a way to use paypal with the invoice if there is no paypal checkout option? I do not have nor want the debt involved with a regular credit card. Been there done that not going back. The other option is of course to wait and purchase later. But I fear once word gets out this thing may jump in value big time.
Probably card is the only way ! I don't think they offered any other option !Same, but I heard there was an issue with a lot of charges, and invoices were sent. Got mine yesterday (VERY time crunch here). I don't recall any other option than adding a single card at checkout (I could have missed, it was a pretty last minute decision -- still not sure where I'd put it). Is this one of those DO NOT MISS situations and we expect the price to triple like what happened with the Master Replicas? How high is 2500 in current Trek production terms? How low was the MR? I did notice that was signed though...
Invoice I received had Gpay as a secondary but you can't do more than one. So it's basically the same. Would it kill them to offer Paypal so I can use credit? Eesh.Probably card is the only way ! I don't think they offered any other option !
