Dexter's Kill Bag and Tools

Normal kill knife is the greatest. And yes, we need to see something happen to the old set so we see why he needs a new one. Also noticed in this scene how he doesn't have his oversuit on. just his apron. That rarely happens. Maybe he wasn't planning on chopping her up into pieces there? Or at all? New methods i'm guessin.

I guess you show this to your Daughters hopeful Boyfriends to see which one's are the worthless and which one is the worth while?

Tried to get the best screencaps I could for you guys.

At least he had an apron on. He didn't for speltzer.

Would be pretty cool to take him into a room alone and just unzip the bag and throw the flap open. Maybe have a convo about Lorrena Bobbit.

Cool man thanks.

here is a real garrote i made based off the one Dexter uses. Meant to make one at the beginning of the year but got way to busy to do anything. Glad i had time to finally make it. I was planning on the wire being 3ft but i didnt think of the difference going inside the handle. This is only my first one, i'll make another thats the proper length.

I have a buddy who works at a place like you do :)
Still have some work to do on the handles. Need to sand a bit around the big hole drilled. I drilled the big hole a good amount so the crimp sits down inside the handle and not be flush.
Also want to find some kind of wood color type plug to cap off the hole to make it look a bit cleaner. 3ft is the right length though. Maybe a tad longer, but I tested the length from my back seat as if it was around someone and seemed right.

Something tells me the lumen knife is going to be popping back up in flashbacks if nothing else. It seemed like that last kill blunder was because of a memory of Lumen. Hannah does sorta favor her.

Still tryin to find somethin to act as a plug for the outer drilled holes. Otherwise came out great. I'll post pics later on today

You sure they didn't mean that one with the crazy handle? cause that is indeed a filet knife. if they are right it will be interesting to see a fillet blade with the hook knife handle, be kind of strange tryin to hold it for that use.
Also anyone notice the butt of the kill knife last night has changed? this one doesn't seem to have the angle like the other, unless its the retracting blade, the inner handle does look a lot thicker.

The new fillet knife is the one I was talking about. 4 holed like the hook knife so I guess that's what he was talking about.

I am almost positive that is the stunt Kill Knife. Probably rubber to keep the actors safe.

Yep looks like your right DP. I just saw the screen caps I posted from the previous episode where he has the real one and the end has the angle.
