Dexter's Kill Bag and Tools

the cleaver is the only one right now that is out of stock every where. its going to be just like the rachiotomy saw here in a few months once every store gets the final ones off their shelves. Just so everyone knows if you are buying a mundial future knife/ cleaver and the web site takes you to amazon to check out make sure the "real" seller is not Culinary Depot. Because they have the cleaver listed as in stock its showing up everywhere online but it indeed isn't
 
what is the correct boning knife? the n4114 6" boning knife or the 4113 6" flexible boning knife? they look exactly the same. just want to make i order the correct one.
 
I think only the prop department would know for sure. They are the exact same shape, so which ever is available/cheapest would work. On another point, I thought a proper boning knife was supposed to be flexible, but I could be wrong.
 
Phew! Just ordered the remaining Mundial pieces I needed, and it looks like they actually are all in stock. I picked up the flexible version of the boning knife as well. I'll keep my fingers crossed until I receive the tracking information.
 
you should be cool with your order Pinder, the cleaver is the only one i've found to now be completely out of stock (unless those stores in the UK have them (but they are like $100, or if ordering the restaurant 6 packs) I spoke to many online shops over the phone and most had a few of each knife left. Tomorrow i'm placing my order for the rest of the mundials (getting a great deal on all 4 knives) and also ordering the poultry shears. then in 2 weeks the global spatula and then send it to you and be done. FINALLY!
 
should be done very very soon. My friend who is going to do the milling ended up getting a job right after the saws got cut and hes been working 70+ hour weeks but quit yesterday so i'm hoping now that he finally has some free time he can mill them out.

As you can some-what see, it's half right. A screw up on their part. I just checked my numbers and I ordered the proper pieces. I now get to deal with the customer service department to work out a return and reorder the same 8 inchers while they still have them as "in stock" since they do not do exchanges on orders placed online. GGGRRR!!! :angry :angry :angry :angry
 
Damn dude that sucks.. Hope it works out for you. I'm going to start on my brother's kill tools set now. Let's see how that goes!
 
Khan, try topfoodservice.com for the cleaver. only place I was able to find it actually "in stock" for real.
 
Well, I'm still waiting on my refund for the incorrect knives (the return address Sears gave me was straight to Mundial), but my second order arrived with the right pieces! This much closer. :)

Thanks, guys! I'm pretty stoked to finally be this far. I'll probably order the shears in a couple days and then press pause again.
 
Guys not sure if you've seen this but a new teaser poster for season 7. It's a Muela 5161 in black. A fairly cheap knife (for once for dexter)

Muela Knife 8½ Inch Serrated Saw Back

Of course, we can't be sure this will be used in season 7 or how important it is! I have a feeling it will be important, because this is Showtimes own photography, there is not really any hi-res images of this knife out there.
