That part is called the clip. It probably is rounded a bit. I doubt that the knife is sharpened anyway. Just fake edges like a throwing knife.

Hmm, that last one is definitely not the same knife I've been working on. I wonder why they have 2 different kill knives? I get they need stunt versions, but those are pretty different. Although, I consider myself a big dexter fan, I never noticed the different ones til I came on here...

This picture has convinced me even more about the fillet knife being cut from the Global Spatula. Looks jagged and rough to me on the "dull" side.
Sadly though, the spatula is around $100. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/product.asp?MC=1&SKU=15867795&RN=392&KSKU=101517&. Can't believe I am eventually going to pay this price for a spatula.

I have been going through Dexter episode by episode for weeks now since IDing the Kill Knives and Kill Bag. I was going through Season 5 last night looking for the Duffel Bag and Syringe Case and didn't see that designed Kill Knife anywhere except Season 5 Episode 10. Wonder what the heck that's about. Maybe they were planning on giving Lumen her own Kill Knife?

BTW, I have the 6.5" Meat Cleaver coming today. I will post the exact measurements of the blade so someone can use it to scale the Kill Knife.

The cleaver is here and the blade side is 6 5/8" exactly. Hope this helps someone good with numbers scale the Kill Knife.
