Depp's Tonto...Anybody gonna do it?

Tonto is in battle dress. I know little of the native american traditions. What I have read about other cultures that when going into battle the idea was to look scary, and he does. I am sure Johnny has done a lot more research on native american's than many of us and it is a heritage that he is very proud of and he wants there to be a native american hero - why not? I am sure Cherokee nation don't have an issue with it. The only reason this movie is being made is because Johnny Depp is in it

Well not to encourage arguments about rascism or historical inaccuracies but this is a movie based on a radio show from the 30's and a tv show in the 50's Tonto has always been a 'hollywood' Indian, by that I mean a Native American depicted by hollywood movies & we all know how accurate movies are.
