The Denix Accurazation process is going to create very accurate Mauser and I can apply the process to any Denix mauser that can be disassembled.

SO you can send a previously used Mauser and it can be re-worked.


You can also order a new deluxe Mauser with wood grips in conjunction with this project.

The machinists working on the Code and the fixture as I type this and I should have prototypes in a couple weeks.

The Mag Plate release button location will not work if you are going to install electronics in your blaster.


When we have final costs I will ask everyone to confirm their order, at that time PLEASE tell me if you are planning to install electronics. The only option I will offer is the deletion of the button so basically you will just have the horse shoe shaped outline of the mag plate.

Everything is programed and the shop was able to machine the Extractor and Magazine Plate details.


They should have the pockets milled by the middle of next week..


The Extractor looks great, he used a Sharpie to blacken the machined area





There are 2 versions of the Mag Plate Details,

This is the first attempt is identical to the MGC but the counter sink looks too big compared to a real Mauser




The second attempt looks more like the real mauser but I don't have one for an exact comparison

The current theory is that the ROTJ Hero Blaster was based on an MGC

Scott sent me this image of real Mauser and you can clearly see the pin is flat.

I owned real mauser but it was remanufactured by a company in China in the 1980s and it had the rounded pin just like an MGC






So now we have another example to consider.

Anything is possible but it would be extremely expensive.


However for this project I m going to stick to machining the details
