Deluted Concepts - HELP!

Hi all - forgive me if this is a sore subject, but I am at my wits end. Last year, I hired Juan of Deluted Concepts to build be a 1:1 Predator. I paid a substantial deposit and received some in-progress shots from him initially. Several months ago, communication dropped off. He has not returned any calls, emails, texts, etc...

If anyone has a suggestion, a solution or knows him, any help would be appreciated. MODS - if this is an improper thread or, alternatively, in the improper forum, please accept my apologies.
