Delta Squad Sev helmet,95% complete

This is a new costume i'm working on. I'm putting together Sev from Republic Commando. My favorite game and EU characters.
I've just about got the helmet finished,i'm about 95% there.
The bloodly hand print isn't 100% accurate but its close enough till i get annoyed with it not being 100%:lol
Then on to the armor. I'm not the maker of this awesome kit. But i did do a major mod to the helmet to make it more accurate in my opinon. I'm not stating i'm right just in my eyes it looks more accurate to the game RC. I cut off the lower portion of the face and move it down and outward abit, then refiberglassed it.

I'm workin on that tutorial;-) I wasn't sure if anyone would want to do it as it is actually cutting away the front piece and refiberglassing it back on the helmet.

What was used for the blue lighting? Is than an EL cable?
