Where is the clean up crew that deletes Sold items from the junkyard?
We should have a 'time' limit that anything in the junkyard older than, say, 2 months (even that is a long time) be deleted automatically (either automated or by an individual).
I am perplexed :confused searching the board and finding two year old (or older) threads that are long dead, and contain no valuable information that have not been deleted.
I understand that people have lives and no time to do it all the time, etc. etc, but finding a thread titled as SOLD or Please Delete dated 2005, sounds more like neglect then 'not having the time'.
:unsure
Update:
A quick search shows 410 threads Marked as SOLD in the JY dated all back to 2006
and an additional 130 threads Marked PLEASE DELETE
That's over 500 usless threads in the Junkyard alone (and that ONLY counts the ones that are titled). There are 594 pages of JY FS threads. If we only 'look' at the first 3 pages, that's 11,229 threads that potentially can(should) be deleted.
I cannot be the only one here who see's a 'need' to delete these.
