IMG_0742.JPGIMG_0743.JPG The front trigger will be problematic I need some help need some rework to make space ...good quality steel not easy to modify...maybe Darthwolf can help me same basic gun frame :)

Thanks ... next step building the front trigger ..and a friend help me with the barrel ...in steel inside drill completely .44

IMG_0744.JPGI can t use the original design outer frame...the thickness of the gun does not match i have to make a custom one it will not be easy ...

That sucks big time...and as other will say: this is not a build for the faint of heart. Keep on going, it'll look good for sure;)

Classic blaster. It's the next one I want to add to my collection, without having too many projects going at the same time. Can't wait to see how your's turns out.

What I did was cut the handle section out and remove the air tank first...I split the outer grip frame and made it fit around the body...the frame of the gun is thicker than the grips so I added some ebony shims around the grip to thicken them to the sane size as the pistol frame, then painted the grip frame black...the inner grips I sanded out to fit the gas container...the hardest part for me is the thumb release is WAY too big and gets in the way of the grip...I'm currently cutting down a real Charter arms thumb latch and am going to fit it over the provided square that holds the old one in place!...good luck! Good start! I'm getting closer on mine just haven't had time to finish it yet! Cheers!

Ok thanks I understand but I don't have the outer frame that s why i will make a custom one ...my problem is for the front trigger I have to machine with a routing tool for make some place i would like to see how you fit your s on your gun ..

Front trigger not done yet...I got it figured out but not yet completed...the existing frame will work fine!! Save your time and use it unless you are dead set on making a new one?.. in which case just gut that frame copy the inside layout for your frame and have at it! The front trigger I have is from a .38 Charter arms it is a little smaller it seems than the .44 ...either that or I got a .38 that's not from a charter arms? But it will fit where the front of the original trigger guard goes with some adjustments...

Very nice! I font have any machining tools I'm doing it all by hand! Sweet! Also, my grip didn't have the same framework yours does!? It makes that seem easier to mod than the version I have? Sweet! It looks great! Awesome job!

Oooh...lucky! No one around here foes it! I have 4 barrels Richard Coyle made for be out of aluminum so I'm using one of those!!

Good deal! Hard to beat that! Rich's barrels drilled out are about $50.00 US a piece... you made out well!
