Decent metal gun replicas?

Does anybody know a source of nice quality, NON-FIRING gun replicas? Most specifially a S&W Model 64 Revolver (or something very close)? Its the gun Two Face used in TDK and I would like to have a nice real-looking one as part of my display, but I do not want a real gun. I bought what looked like a decent airsoft one, but when it showed up, instead of being small and metal like the website showed, it was a big, fat grey plastic POS . I've looked at blank firing guns, but those cost almost as much as real guns! Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks!

Because of cost of having a non firing one made it may be easier to buy a real on and have the barrel plugged.

I looked high and low for decent blank firing replicas to make a SST Morita. I had no luck. It does seem cheaper to get a real one and retro fit it to non firing... but not if you have to start with a class 3 weapon like I would have to.
