death list five

I'm a huge Kill Bill fan, and I've wanted a Death List to frame ever since I saw the movie. The image in the dvd of the list with the sword through it doesn't seem to match the one in the film, otherwise I could probably handle this myself. Since I can't do screencaps, I thought I'd ask for some help from you talented folks.

I figure you'd have to have a computer image of the writing, print it, then trace it onto the correct paper (?) in the correct place, using the correct pens (Sharpies? I can't recall).

Doable? Any thoughts?
