I've been working long and hard on my own dye-sub pattern, and it's looking pretty badass so far. I'm prototyping a hood with printed eyes, but will also be making a hood with none at all for faceshell use. What do you guys think?

Hey Guys! I'm also doing a Deadpool build. (It's actually been a while since I've posted.) I came across these on amazon while looking for con friendly Desert Eagle pistols. They're foam dart gun replicas! The only difference I really see is the notched top and bottom edges which can probably be added and then painted. But I though this was a pretty close, (and moderately cheap) alternative to the airsoft guns. I ordered two and they should be here this weekend. I'll take some pics of them once they come in!

Any one found the black belt with the shoulder strap on it???? Been looking all over and not found somthing that looks close enough.. ..

Actually, for the price, they're not bad! And they're con friendly. Lol! Don't have to worry about carrying an air soft gun or anything like that. Once they're painted up, they should look just fine I think. I may add the slotted details to the tops to be more accurate, but other than that, I'm happy with them.

This is the wrong material. I wouldn't buy it.

I must say the finished product looks great! I have been working on mine since late last year and am trying to add muscle shading to a generic costume. So far it is ok but I will most likely end up airbrushing it instead. My weapons are custom except I really like the foam dart guns mentioned before as it would call for less body cavity searches before conventions than my airsoft regiment. Looking forward to seeing further progress on this, and I will attempt to post my own progress one of these days. Keep up the great work!

For a budget costume build that fabric does look nice though.

No pattern on it, Deadpools suit has a pattern on the fabric, I saw it in IMAX and when he makes the suit he goes through his fabric choices, some without the pattern, the final product with.
