Long time RPFer but first time posting a Interest/Project Run thread.
Some of you may know Costume Replica Cave and seen our items about, some may not have. Costume Replica Cave has been running since 2015 with over 300 suits made, with one of our specialties being Deadpool suits. Our first versions were leather, version 2s were cordura, leather and stretch, version 3s custom dyed patterned/textured stretch. leather and stretch and now we're developing our Version 4 suits.
Version 4 suits are going to be made from a gsm 280 stretch with custom screen printed design (design by myself), leather, pu leather and stretch (and small sections of aluminium/metal for some details). We're having ilustrastuios make shoulders (flexible black rubber) for a more accurate look (to replace our current leather shoulders).

Previous suit design (patterned/textured stretch):
Raptor Props wrist bands, dagger and sheath, Mark Lloyd's (IG: Deadpoolofoz) Swords/Scabbard and tacticalarmourdesigns holsters featured in video, along with some toy Desert Eagles source locally.
Deadpool 2 gloves prototype (to be weathered in future and have screen printed red material to match suit)

Version 4 suits will be modeled on the above with some changes, notably new ilustrastudios shoulders and new pewter buckles.
We'll also be taking a run updating shin/ankle/foot covers, tan belt and pouches and shoulder strap.
Suits will be sold by us via PayPal invoice and Etsy in future. Accessories such as shoulder strap, gloves, tan belt/pouches, hand painted pewter buckle and shin/ankle/foot covers can be also purchased at additional cost.
Mask will be purchased from ilustrastudios via https://www.etsy.com/shop/IlustraStudios or https://ilustrastudios.com/ (I estimate standard models being 300-400 USD, with magnetic lenses costing more). Material will be sent from our workshop to ilustrastudios in lots, so there may be slight differences in look of weathering.
Base suit with no accessories ballpark price will be $1200 USD (still working out final costs), with an estimated build time of 10 to 12 weeks, with a possibility (if all goes well) of having rushed orders done before Deadpool 2 premiere. All suits are custom made to client's measurements.
Accessories will have estimated prices of;
Shoulder strap $50 USD
Gloves $80 USD
Tan Belt/Pouches $125 USD (current version)
Shin/Ankle/Foot Covers $100 USD (Current version)
Final steps are being taken to create a prototype with that being done in the next few weeks. Photos will be posted.
We're taking interest currently with intent to release to market soon (even without interest here). If however prototypes doesn't work as well as we hope, we'll go back to drawing board and release later in year, but I'm confident we'll be releasing this or early next month.
