Deadline for wolverine claws help

Hey everyone 3D printed some nice looking wolverine claws last week and have them painted and smoothed almost completely, BUT HOW DO I GET THEM TO FIT ON MY HAND!? I'm using the handle design used fpr the props in the movies where you grab the handle and the claws are connected by wire or another material, but My wire is far too bendy and when I try to hold the handle with a claw connected it doesn't look even remotely connected. Super nervous about finishing these for a friend cause he needs them Friday night any help would be great thanks.

take a metal coat hanger... bend it to the shape you need... shove it in the hole in the claws... shove the other end in the handle and bend it till you are happy with the fitting... then you can glue it in place.
