Cool. It says it sets without clamping; did you clamp yours? or does it actually set that quickly? Also, did you glue the small nub on the wing down, or is that just to keep the wing straight?

I just held it in place for 30 secs, nope didnt glue the little nub. Just for placement :)

Thanks again mate. Mine is pretty much all done. I put some Velcro inside also that cling to my skullcap to hold it in place. Now all I need to do is print the suit. Not sure how much armour I am going to put on it so I still need to mess around with the design.

Question. Did you line the entire inside of your cowl or just the area around where you split the back?

Just the back strip, up to just above the 3rd horizontal line. The whole thing? That would be crazy :p

Sorry to be a ******* but do you measure head size around ears or forehead? :confused

You measure your head the same place you would a hat. Around your forehead just above your eyebrows and above your ears. :)

My company makes all kinds of masks/helmets, like Red Hood helmets, Deathstroke helmets, etc... Would you be open to a trade for the Flash Cowl??

I just received mine from Adam to begin work on the costume for Project LEX and I can assure everyone that it is absolutely fantastic.
