As a TK - one of my most frighting moments costuming was being on duty, and hearing nothing in my helmet but our Vader.. you just brought this to a whole new level with Malgus... Awe-inspiring work man!

Looks awesome very inspiring the mask is a great idea thats what i would have done very impressed with your sculpting the final product is mind blowing you look like you stepped off the movie screen and there is'nt even a movie lol

Made a start on that pesky codpiece.
I started by cutting the shape out in 20mm EVA foam.

And after some heating, sanding and gluing I began laminating strips of 2 mm EVA over the surface.

When it was fully covered I started to get a bad feeling that it was starting to get a little large and was beginning to resemble a diaper!! Lol

So drastic measures were required!!
I took my reciprocating saw to it and cleaved away about two inches off the top.

I then gave it a nice leathery coat or two of Platidip.

Thanks again for the encouraging comments
Just found out we have an ARRI Red camera(same camera 'The Avengers' was shot on) available next week to shoot a quick scene with Malgus and maybe another of my costumes.
So now I'm pulling out all the stops to get this costume all done in time!!!
Still lots to do- belt, shins, knees, sternum, ribs. And not forgetting the cape, hood and under suit. Dreading toes the most as soft parts are not my strong point. Keep your fingers crossed!
