Go to 'Settings' > 'Other Settings' > Click 'Others' tab > Uncheck 'Place edge ID inside of face'
That should do it.

You can send it to me and I will take a look. Even for an already made movie or game model there is a lot of work that needs to go into making them pepable. I would hate to have to start all over with that when I am so close to the end. But even if only for reference I would like to take a look at it. It could help me to get the shape and details perfect on my model. I will PM you.

This is awesome.... I'm new to the forum, but I am looking forward to sticking around, meeting some of you. I came here specifically to see THIS SUIT, because I'm definitely building my own, but I haven't decided which "Mark" I want yet... I like having a place to return to when I get my project started, especially when it's a community like this where we can all share in the fun.

Sometimes there are no easy answers. therpf.com has a wonderful collection of Iron Man threads: foam, sculpture, pepakura, ect., from Mark 1 to Mark 8, to Iron Patriot, War Machine... you name it. I'm sure you will find all the help you need. Good luck!

im a mac user and have tried several ways to get pepakura working on it.
but no luck. can someone help me out please?
i have the mark 7 foam files, i just need em converted.

I have peoblem. I build mk7 and fiberglassed already. But i not have brace and collar mk7. I must use brace and collar mk4. I build compleated. But it cannot sync chest of mk7.brace it push my mk7 chest. I am so sad. If u have brace of mk7 send it to me please please thankyou so much

I have seen others use it without any issues... it fits in the 3D model. Did you make it all at the same scale? Maybe take some pics of the problem areas so we can see the issue.

I am not sure what you did there. If they were all printed at the same scale then they should fit together. The gap between the chest and the shoulder covers of the back is too big. Here is a pic of the V1 model that shows the brace in gold. I have made the chest transparent so you can see how it all fits. I also included the Mk VI collar plate.
Now, you do not need the bottom part of the brace. So you could just cut that part off if you can't figure out what happened.
