Yes, I already sent them such a message. Waiting to hear back. My guess is that this is a small order for them... I am a small fry and they have bigger clients to make happy... it isn't right but it is the way of the world.

True but a paying customer is a paying customer and word of mouth goes along way to helping make or break any business.

I'm interested in purchasing a set of metallic claws for next year. I would need them before March. I'm putting together a Wolverine costume from X1.

I read that they are convention safe, and are made of plastic. Do you have links to super-high resolution images so I can see them very close up? I am concerned because the convention at which I will be wearing them (All-Con Dallas) has fairly strict rules on prop weapons.

I mean that as a you bein their customer. Youve kept yours in the loop so its all good on our front. Really does suck cause I want the square wires but was hoping to have them or Halloween. That is unless you did finally get the wires an are working on it as we speak.

I have hi-res images in the first post of this thread. Click on the gallery links and if you want to see one of the images in hi-res then right-click on it and select 'View Original' (this link is also toward the top of the page when viewing the images in the gallery mode which should be default..

Yeah, they finally called me back and we finished up the process today. The square wire will ship out tomorrow so I should have it by the end of the week. $125 in shipping... jeez. So I should be able to start shipping out the square wire claws at the end of next week and I should have all of them done by the end of the month. Thank you all for being so patient. I am sorry it didn't work out like we were told.

Well, at least we finally got them....You've been patient with the company, and despite them delaying you slightly, I'm glad to hear they'll ship soonish! I can't wait to see mine! I'll take em' down to the temple in Tokyo to get some shots in a long black raincoat where they filmed the Wolverine, so before it snows is all good for me!

Yes, this is comparable to the round wire I have been using.

I'm curious... Who did you order your original square wire from (the one that takes two sets of pliers to bend)? Reason I'm asking is because I'm planning on making foam versions of Wolverine's claws (preferably in "The Wolverine" style) for my friend's younger brother and I need the wire that's extremely tough to bend so that when a Nerf sword takes a swing at it it won't bend or move like the copper wires will... Any ideas on where to get those?
