His claws are like a hand made process, so it would depend on when/if he can make them prior to that date and you would have to have him ship it like next day shipping so its probably unlikely he can guarantee a date you would get them by

August looks to be full just let em know you're interested in the next run he'll do ( which could be as early as next month but has skipped a month here or there ) and he'll let you know. I would say subscribe so when he posts the next run you'll be notified. It's what I did

Thanks for the interest guys... there appears to still be some issues with the notifications on subscribed threads cause I didn't get anything on this one. Anyways, I will put you all on the interest list for the next run but I am currently full to the brim. I will post back here when I am ready to start it. Anyone that wants to make sure you get on the run can go ahead and send payment if you would like... I will mark you paid on the interest list and will add you to the next run when I announce it.

Ok, I have a little update and offer for anyone that is interested. I will be switching to square wire in my claws. I have taken a video and uploaded it which shows you guys what the square wire will be like.

It is a slightly thicker and substantially sturdier wire vs the ones I have been using. You will need 2 pliers to bend the wires but these will completely prevent the claws from spinning in the grips and won't wear out over time like the rubber coating on the round wires will. Overall these are better.

The square wire costs a little more and will require more work on my part to get good casts (you will see why in the video) so I will be increasing the cost of the claws slightly to cover this.

I am posting this now because I am not too far away from sending out the first batch of claws for the August run. I would hate for anyone to feel like they got ripped off or lost out on a good thing so I am making an offer to you folks on the August run. If any of you would rather have the square wires in your claws then I will 'upgrade' you to the square wire at no additional cost. The drawback is that I will have to make some new molds to use the square wires in my claws and grips. Therefore if you want to upgrade to the square wires then you will have to wait a little longer for your claws. Instead of August I will be able to start producing those claws in September.

So check out the video, give it a little thought, and then let me know if you want to upgrade to the square wire or stick with your current order. I hope to hear from all of you one way or the other but I won't be sending out individual PMs to hunt for answers. I hope that you all get a chance to see this before it is too late.

I have some questions:

Does the above offer include all claw styles?

I noticed the square wire doesn't have a bend in the mold itself, so is there any worry of it pulling out of the claws?

Is there a comfort difference between the fingers with round vs square?

Hmmm tough decision. With the square wires they won't wiggle as much in the grips. But then they are harder to bend to get the right angel. Seeing as how they look like they would be more in line with the movie claws from x2 forward, and less chance of them wiggling and looking weird, ill be the first to sayi think I'll go with the square wires. I'm confident the extra time to wait will be well worth it.

Alright, I will mark you down for the square wire. Also, I am working on an idea that may make fitment much easier even with the square wire so it could end up being easier to fit than the round wire. I am not going to post too much about it right now in case I can't get it to work. Stay tuned for more info on that.

Ok the new video is up. I am just showing an idea that I came up with that will allow you all to get a great fit with the claws without having to bend any wires. Check it out and let me know what you think.

I like the idea! It seems like it would be easier to get them perfectly fitted without having bend wires which may or may not come out right.

Looks like you'll be doing some new assembly videos soon! ;)
